About the Job

Supanet is an award winning business providing Internet Services to businesses and consumers across the country.  Due to successful growth we are looking for confident, motivated and driven individuals to join our successful and customer focussed inbound sales team. 

The main purpose of the role will be to contact new clients via inbound leads, selling Supanet ISP products and services. Full training is provided alongside a personal development plan to ensure you have the best possible chances of achieving targets set.

As a Sales Adviser you will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and be proactive, confident and organised. You should have a flexible working attitude and a “can do” approach.  You will have good presentation skills, be used to working to tight deadlines be IT literate and numerically competent.

2. Billing/Customer Support Adviser

  • £14,000 p/a
  • 40 hours per week
  • 28 days paid holiday

About the Job

Our support department is currently looking to recruit a Billing / Customer Support Adviser to chase bad debt, receive and resolve billing issues, as well as customers’ enquiries via telephone, letter and email. 

Applicants must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), be proactive, confident and organised. You should be able to work within a team and be able to communicate at all levels.

Candidates must have previous experience within a customer-focused role – this doesn’t necessarily need to be within a call centre. You should have a flexible working attitude and a friendly, polite and professional telephone manner. The candidate should also be computer literate, numerate, able to work to tight deadlines and targets, and able to cope well under pressure.

You will report to the Customer Service Manager, and your main duties will be –

  • Taking ownership of issues and deciding on the best course of action
  • Responding to customers’ emails / letters
  • Making changes to cost accounts
  • Outbound debt chasing
  • Completing call logs and paperwork for all calls made and received
  • Working within a close team environment.
