On September 10th it was reported that police were investigating an alleged assault involving Miley Cyrus and some random guy.
Based on the reports, the incident happened at Beacher’s Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel.
Based on the complaint filed, the incident started when the victim accidentally bumped into Liam Hemsworth’s chair that led to a heated argument.
Cyrus allegedly got in the middle of the dispute and slapped the stranger.
However, according to some reports a witness said there was an argument but denied that Cyrus became physical.
As it turns out, Cyrus was telling the truth when she denied the allegations through her rep.
Club footage from inside the venue is said to confirm that Cyrus is in the clear.
Although the charge hasn’t been dropped yet, it’s looks like the charges will be dismissed because of this new evidence.
