The site:

Formerly known as Facebox this was the first social networking site to be targeted exclusively at Europe. It uses localisation technology so that users are shown targeted adverts and can carry out geographical searches for other members.

The danger:

While being able to locate your friends or browse people in your area may be advantageous when it comes to networking, the technology could easily be abused and the search filters may make life easier for criminals operating in one area.
