Courteney Cox has slammed claims she is suffering from an eating disorder - insisting she is happy with her ultra-thin frame.
The former 'Friends' beauty, who is married to her 'Scream' co-star David Arquette, has been spotted looking increasingly thin in recent weeks, sparking rumours she was starving herself.
Courteney has now hit back saying she and other celebrities are not responsible for the rise in anorexia among women.
She is quoted by Britain's Daily Star newspaper as saying: "If I like myself a certain way, I shouldn't have to feel like I'm responsible for anorexia across the country.
"If I like myself at this weight, this is what I'm going to be. I don't have an eating disorder."
Meanwhile, Courteney has confessed she finds it difficult maintaining friendships since having baby daughter Coco.
The stunning actress - who counts 'Friends' co-stars Jennifer Aniston and Lisa Kudrow among her best pals - has admitted she rarely has time to socialise since giving birth last year.
She revealed: "The hardest thing when you have a baby is keeping up with your friends."
