Adele cleans up at the Grammys

Adele has dominated the 54th Grammy Awards.
The British songstress, who performed her monster hit Rolling in the Deep, won every one of the six awards that she had been nominated for.
She tied Beyonce’s record for most Grammy Awards won by a female artist in one night.
The Londoner took home awards of Album of the Year, Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Pop Solo Performance, Best Pop Vocal Album and Best Short Form Music Video.

Adele burst into tears when accepting the award for best album, sobbing:
"Oh my god. Thank you so much. Mum, I love you, I'm so sorry you're not here.
"This record is inspired by something that's really normal and everyone's been through it. It's just a rubbish relationship."
She then drew laughter from the audience after apologising for crying, saying:
"Oh, I got a bit of snot."
