Apprentice couple engaged

Apprentice couple Kate Walsh and Philip Taylor are getting engaged, according to reports.

Pictures of the reality TV couple, who met on the last series of BBC One show, have been published showing them buying a £3,000 ring from a jeweller in London's Hatton Garden.

The two met when filming Sir Alan Sugar's Apprentice, but they split as they lived so far apart.

However they rekindled their romance when the show aired and Taylor moved to London from Durham to be near her.

On their relationship an insider told The Sun: "They are very much in love this was always more than a work fling.

"Once the show aired they were back in each others arms within days and now it looks like they will have each other for life."

Walsh made it to the final of The Apprentice but lost out on the six figure job to Yasina Siadatan.

Taylor was fired earlier on in the show when his team lost the weekly challenge.
