The small-town country singer who stormed into the charts with hits like 'You're Still the One' was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2006.
After undergoing surgery and a boost of radiotherapy, the prognosis looks good as the cancer was caught in the early stages.
She regularly performs at benefits to raise awareness and funds to fight the disease.
