Chris Moyles, Mel C and Tim Minchin have all signed up to all star in a rebooted version of the Andrew Lloyd Webber musical, Jesus Christ Superstar.
The Radio One DJ will play King Herod in the show, while Spice Girl Mel will star as Mary Magdalene.
Australian comedian Tim will also appear in the musical as Judas Iscariot.
The lead role is yet to be cast, but Lord Lloyd Webber is hoping to find the perfect person to play Jesus Christ through upcoming ITV1 reality show, Superstar.
In a statement, Moyles said:
"To receive a phone call from Andrew is very cool but then when he asks you to be in his musical that's pretty amazing and there is only one thing to respond with and that is yes. Absolutely.
"My mum's gonna be well excited."
While Mel added:
"I have been lucky enough to perform at arenas across the globe and to star in London's West End, but taking on the role of Mary Magdalene in the incredible Jesus Christ Superstar has to be one of my most exciting challenges to date."
Tickets for the new musical will go on sale on 18 May, with the show set to run from 21 September.
