Elle Style Award winners 2012

The winners of 2012’s Elle Style Awards have been revealed.
The annual ceremony took place on 13 February at the Savoy Hotel and was hosted by TV presenter and model, Alexa Chung.
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, star of last year’s Transformers: Dark of the Moon, was named Style Icon, while Michelle Williams was awarded the prize for Best Actress for her role as Marilyn Monroe in My Week with Marilyn.

Christina Hendricks was named the Best TV Star for her work on Mad Men, while Florence and the Machine’s Florence Welch took home the Best Music Act gong.
Period drama juggernaut Downton Abbey was named Best TV Show.
Sarah Burton, who designed Kate Middleton’s wedding dress last year, was also named International Designer of the Year at the influential awards, while Eddie Redmayne was crowned bast actor.
Actor Cuba Gooding Jn, actresses Gillian Anderson and Christina Ricci and supermodel Naomi Campbell were all in attendance to present the awards.
