Chris evans 108

Chris Evans' Radio Two breakfast show is still the nation's favourite morning listen, according to the latest figures from Rajar.

According to the radio figures body, the 45-year-old presenter had a weekly audience of 8.8million during the last three months, while rival Chris Moyles drew 7.1m during the same time period.

Overall, however, Radio One and Radio Two saw a decline in their audiences.

BBC Radio Four's Today programme saw its audience increase from 6.7m to 7.1m over the quarter and the station as a whole saw its listener figures rise from 10.5m to 10.8m.

While Radio Three also saw a modest rise in listeners from 2.05m to 2.09m throughout the quarter.

Chris, who also presents The One Show on a Friday evening, took over the Radio Two breakfast show in January 2010, replacing veteran DJ Terry Wogan.

The father-to-be broadcasts between 6.30am and 9.30am Monday to Friday.
