Gus Van Sant is one talented individual. Throughout his life, he has worked as an author, musician, photographer, painter, screenwriter and director. He has written one novel called Pink, a book of photography called 108 Portraits and all of the screenplays for the first movies he directed.

Looking at Van Sant’s career in the film industry alone, he has written, directed, produced or filmed over 55 films and music videos. Van Sant currently works as a film director, and his newest movie, Restless, is being released nationwide on 21 October.
