With 2009's biggest superhero movie 'Watchmen' out on DVD, there's no better time to embark on an adventure to uncover the best superheroes who have been on the big screen.

He is the only superhero in 'Watchmen' with real superpowers.

Scientist Jon Osterman was transformed into a blue-skinned super-powered being after he was caught in an 'Intrinsic Field subtractor'. He was then recruited by the government who gave him his new name. His powers include being able to restructure subatomic particles, perceive happenings on the subatomic level, resize himself, teleport and live forever.
