J-Lo sues ex-love for $10m

Singer and actress Jennifer Lopez has won a court order which temporarily bars her first husband from making their sex life public.

Lopez intends to sue her first husband, Ojani Noa, over his plans to release a movie containing hours of home video footage, including some showing Lopez in sexual situations on their 1997 honeymoon.

Of the block against the release of 'The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story', Noa said: "I'm going to fight this."

Lopez sued Noa $10 million, claiming he breached a prior confidentiality agreement.

The lawsuit also claims invasion of privacy by way of "public disclosure of private facts which would be offensive and objectionable to a reasonable person and which is not of legitimate public concern."

Lopez has also sued Ed Meyer, Noa's manager and producer of the proposed movie.

The singer married Noa in 1997, but their marriage lasted just short of one year.

The estranged couple has fought two previous court battles.

In 2004, Noa received a $125,000 settlement from Lopez after claiming she fired him without cause from a job as manager of her now-defunct Pasadena restaurant. As a condition of the settlement, he agreed not to disparage Lopez or sell private or intimate details about her or their relationship.

In 2007, they battled again but this time Lopez won $545,000 in damages and attorney fees after blocking Noa from publishing a ghostwritten tell-all book. At the time, Lopez claimed Noa had demanded $5 million to keep him from publishing the book.

Lopez is currently married to singer and actor Marc Antony. They wed in 2004 and have two children together.
