Fresh from his stint in presenting the US X Factor, Steve Jones will co-host the show alongside The One Show's Alex Jones.
This year will see a mix of solo dancers, duos and groups compete over five weeks, with four heats culminating in a spectacular final on Saturday 17 March.
Celebrities will perform iconic dance routines in front of a live studio audience and performances will be reviewed by a panel of three judges, made up of comedians - some of whom are former Let's Dance contestants.
Sport Relief Weekend takes place from 23-25 March and raises money to change the lives of extremely vulnerable and disadvantaged people across the UK and the world’s poorest countries.
Catch the first Let's Dance show on Saturday 18 February at 7pm on BBC One.
