David Bowie - 'Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars'
David Bowie's image is forever changing to suit his varying musical styles - none more famous or iconic as his complete transformation into Ziggy Stardust for the seminal album of the same name.
While the static camera shots and lack of intimacy ultimately hinder this from capturing Bowie's undeniable energy and attention to detail, this particular captured performance is a historical must-have.
This was the 1973 concert in which Bowie declared: "Not only is this is it the last show of the tour, but it's the last show that we'll ever do." One blast of 'Rock 'n' Roll Suicide' later and Ziggy was never seen again.
