Adele's new man

She may have had the biggest selling album in the UK this century, with record 21 inspired by previous heartache, but it seems that Adele has found love at last.

The 23-year-old BRIT-nominee has been spotted several times with her new beau Simon Konecki, who is 14 years her senior.

The couple were reportedly introduced to each other a few months ago by singer - and fello BRIT nominee - Ed Sheeran, but the new relationship for the unlucky-in-love star doesn’t come without problems.

The entrepreneur was previously married to a fashion designer who he has a five-year-old daughter with.

However, it seems that Konecki’s past - or age - has not put the singer off, as the new couple have already been spotted holidaying and house hunting together.

A friend of Adele told Heat magazine:

"His work is based in Brighton, so she’s been looking nearby in Billingshurst, West Sussex. They want to set up home together."

The low-key singer even ditched the glitzy BRIT nominations ceremony and opted to attend a birthday party with her new man and puppy instead.

After songs inspired by past loves lost, maybe her next album will be slightly more cheerful as the future looks much more positive for the star.
