The King of Pop
The Jackson 5 (1966)
Michael was the seventh child of the infamous Jackson family and made his first musical appearance at the tender age of 11-years-old. As a member of The Jackson 5 along with his four brothers Jackie, Tito, Jermaine and Marlon, Michael embarked on his journey into international stardom.
Their success was phenomenal! The band's first four major singles including 'I Want You Back' and 'ABC', all reached the top of the American charts. Soon after they collaborated with the likes of Motown legend Diana Ross and went on to make films and a string of hit TV shows.
But by 1982 the group, despite their continuing success, were overshadowed by Michael's solo album 'Thriller' which launched him into his own league of fame.
