The King of Pop
Court cases
In 1993 Michael was accused of sexually assaulting 13-year-old boy, Evan Chandler. However the criminal investigation was closed due to lack of evidence and he was persuaded to settle the case out of court.
Then in 2003 Michael was charged with seven counts of child molestation regarding 14-year-old boy Gavin Arvizo. It was in this same year when journalist Martin Bashir interviewed Michael for a TV documentary 'Living with Michael Jackson'. The show featured the singer holding hands and discussing sleeping arrangements with Arvizo. However in June 2005, Jackson was acquitted on all counts and always claimed that he was innocent.
