Walford soap
Syed was disowned by his parents after he revealed that he was gay and left his wife Amira for boyfriend, Christian Clarke.
He ends up going to the party with Christian, but when his parents spot him there, they demand that the couple leave.
An argument ensues, but the ceiling of the restaurant, Argee Bhajee, starts to collapse, showering the guests with dust and debris.
At first, Syed brushes off the dust and tells everyone he's ok, but then the beam above crashes down and falls on top of him, leaving him unconscious.
Tune into Eastenders on BBC One from 4 April to see if Syed will survive.
