Ex-Corrie star set for Dancing on Ice

Ex-Coronation Street actor Danny Young has signed up for the new series of Dancing on Ice.
The 23-year-old heartthrob played Mike Baldwin's footballer grandson Warren in the ITV soap.
He has been recently rehearsing with some of the other celebs, who include Hollyoaks actor Kieron Richardson, Eternal singer Kelly Bryan, Holby City's Jeremy Sheffield and ex-footballer Peter Shilton.
They join EastEnders actress Danniella Westbrook, 1980s singer Sinitta, Paul McCartney's ex, Heather Mills, and Gordon Ramsay's wife Tana.

The last celebs to
get their skates on!
An insider said: "Most of the celebrities have never put on a pair of skates before, so the training has been a pretty scary experience for them.
"Jayne and the other trainers have helped put them through their paces and now they can't wait to get going on the show."
Young's last appearance on Corrie's cobbles was in 2006.
In February, Young split from girlfriend Nikki Sanderson (who played his on-screen lover Candice Stowe) after a four year relationship.
The new series of Dancing on Ice is set for January 2010.
