Farrell's TV shock

Colin Farrell was confronted on live TV by a woman who tried to sue him for harassment.
The 'Miami Vice' actor was recording his appearance on NBC's 'The Tonight Show with Jay Leno' on Thursday (19.06.07), when the woman, identified by Access Hollywood as Dessarae Bradford, jumped out of the studio audience and headed straight for him.
Witnesses say Farrell walked the deranged woman off the stage, but not before she managed to leave a copy of her book 'Colin Farrell: A Dark Twisted Puppy' on Leno's desk.
As she was escorted from the studio, she shouted, "I'll see you in court", to which Farrell replied, "You're insane".
Security were said to be slow to react because they believed the incident to be part of a sketch for the show.
Audience member Molly Mattaini revealed Farrell quickly saw the funny side of the event.
She said: "When Farrell sat back down he said, 'My first stalker', and Jay Leno said, 'Welcome to celebrity'."
Sgt Gunn of the Burbank Police Department confirmed the incident and added a woman was detained but not officially arrested.
Bradford unsuccessfully took a small-claims lawsuit out against Farrell claiming he hounded her with inappropriate phone calls and text messages.
'Tonight Show' spokeswoman Tracy St. Pierre said the episode would not be broadcast as part of the show.
