Regarded by many gaming purists as the last real 'Sim City' title, this epic game lets the player craft a modern settlement from scratch. Then once done they can tear it back down or let Godzilla loose.

This is a highly addictive and strangely rather educational game that lets players control every aspect of life, from industrial zoning to the layout of electricity lines and levels of education.
