One of the best selling games franchise ever

More than 70,000 Grand Theft Auto games have already been sold worldwide - twice the number of copies of 'Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band' bought since its 1967 release.

This total does not including forthcoming sales figures of GTA IV.
