Tetris

The console: Game Boy

No other game could have worked as perfectly in unison with Nintendo's first mainstream handheld console than the mighty 'Tetris'. Perfect in its simplicity yet worryingly addictive, the game was in actual fact the brain child of a Russian scientist as opposed to the men behind the creation of 'Mario'.

Still hugely popular to this day, Tetris really did immortalise the Game Boy in popular culture for decades to come.
