Bubsy 3D (1996, Playstation)

Bubsy 3D was panned by critics and fans alike due to its confusing control schemes and poor camera angles. The lacklustre qualities of the game were due to the fact the programmers were not used to working in 3D. Its failure is said to have killed the Bubsy series, as no new games have come out since.
