Greatest screen gangsters
7 - Bob Hoskins in 'The Long Good Friday'
A far cry from 'Who Framed Roger Rabbit', Bob proves here that you better look after your gangster empire or a very young Pierce Brosnan might just be around the corner waiting to topple it.
In 'The Long Good Friday' we get to watch Bob's business burn to the ground making Mr Hoskins so increasingly angry and paranoid that he pops off his best friend and strings up a bunch of guys in a meat locker. Perhaps Bob should've remembered that it's good to talk things out first.
