No, it can only taken once a month. If a direct debit fails, please send a cheque or make a one-off payment by card.
I signed up for a monthly package and Ive been billed more than what was agreed?
Payment is taken on a pro-rata basis, so amounts may vary slightly.
How do I know what I will be charged for my internet usage?
You can view your usage at www.showmybill.com and you will receive an email at the beginning of each month.
Can I change my payment details?
Yes, you can do this on www.showmybill.com.
When is payment taken from my account?
Payment is taken on or around the 7th of each month. This date cannot be changed for individuals.
Can I drop my monthly charge?
No, you are subject to the 12-month contract you have signed. After this contract has been completed, you can call us and discuss your package.
How can I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account by putting your cancellation in writing to the billing department or you can visit www.supanet.com/cancellations/.
Why has my payment not cleared - the new card is the same number?
This could be because the expiry date has changed on the card. Possibly, the last four digits have also changed.
