Ive forgotten my username and password?

At Supanet, we do offer a password reminder service online if you cannot remember your password.

I keep receiving error message error 691. What should I do?

This indicates an invalid username and password. Check you are entering the correct name and password, type it in lower case and make sure there are no spaces.

Is the Supanet service down?

At the top right of all Supanet pages, you will see a service status indicator. If this is green, the service is currently working properly.

Click on the button for details of any service outages that may be forthcoming

I can't connect to dial-up with Outlook Express, but can connect via Internet Explorer?

First, check your internet settings by clicking here.

Additionally, check that you have the correct settings listed in Outlook Express.

Open Outlook Express (when offline) and click on Tools, then click on "Accounts" and then "Mail".

When you click on "Servers", check the details are correct.

In addition, make sure there is an entry in the "Account Name" and "Password" field. If you are still having problems, please contact our customer support team.

Can I still use my telephone line while I am connected to the internet via broadband?

Yes. You can still take telephone calls, faxes and even access the internet via a dial-up internet connection from another PC, with your broadband connection.

You will receive a bill from your current telephone operator for telephone calls as normal.
