Retrieving your password

If you are unsure of your password, you can retrieve it automatically from the Supanet website.

Go to http://www.supanet.com/

At the top left hand corner of the homepage, click on the link for "My Account".

Enter your Supanet username and tick the box marked "I've forgotten my password".

You will then be asked a question based on memorable information you have previously provided. Once this has been answered correctly, you then have the option of entering a new password, or having your existing password sent to your email account. Please select the required option.

If you have not set up or have forgotten your memorable information, please contact our customer support team.

Please note that forgotten passwords can only be provided to the main account holder.
