Sending, saving and drafts

Once you have created your email, replied to an existing email or decided to forward a message, you obviously want to send it.

When you are happy with your message, just click the 'Send' button at the far left-hand side of the message toolbar.

If you are connected to the internet, the message will send after a short pause.

If you are not online, the message will go into the outbox folder so you can send it the next time you are online.

If you havent had time to finish the email this time, you can always choose the 'Save as draft' option.

In the toolbar at the top of the email, select 'File', then select 'Save'. Your message will be saved in your 'Drafts' folder.

The next time you use your PC, you can access this message by clicking on your 'Drafts' folder.

You can them finish the email and send, or delete if you no longer want this message.
