Import email

You can now view your messages from other email accounts while you are checking your Supanet webmail.

Simply enter details of any other email accounts you may have with other service providers and receive mail from them in your Supanet inbox.

Adding an email account:

Click on 'Options' in the top navigation bar. Then click on 'Import mail'.

You will see the default details of your Supanet account at the top under various headings. These simply give you some details of your Supanet email server, whether it is currently enabled and your username.

You'll need to input matching details to add non-Supanet email accounts so they appear in your inbox.

To add an additional account, click the 'Add' button.

You will be redirected to a new screen where you can add the details for the email account you wish to add.

ISP: Select your ISP from the drop-down list. All of the major ISPs are listed here.

Server: Details of your email server are needed to access email from another ISP. However, we have saved you the trouble of looking these up. When you select an ISP from the list, the server details are automatically entered for you.

For example, if you have an email account with BT Internet, selecting that ISP from the list will also enter the email server of 'mail.btinternet.com'.

Username: Enter the username for the account you would like to add.

Password: Enter the password that is specific to the email account you are adding.

Enable: Once your details have been entered, click this box to route email from this account to your supanet inbox.

Finally, click 'Save'.

You will be redirected to the import email page where you will see the account just added.

You can add as many email accounts as like. However, please note, having a number of email accounts enabled at the same time can slow down your webmail.

Editing or removing an email account:

You can delete or modify your selections at any time by selecting the email account you want to change.

From the webmail homepage, click on 'Options' in the top navigation bar. Then click on 'Import mail'.

You will be presented with a list of email accounts you have added.

To edit an existing account, simply click on the server name for that account. This will bring up your details as above. Amend as necessary, then click 'Save'.

If you wish to remove an account, tick the box next to that account. The 'Delete' button will now be highlighted. If you are sure you want to remove this account, click the button and you will see the account removed.

Email from that account will no longer be routed to your webmail.
