Can I move from my current broadband supplier to Supanet?

It's easy to move from your existing provider to Supanet broadband without having to cease your existing broadband line.

All you need is a 'MAC code' from your current ISP.

You should contact your ISP's Customer Support department to obtain this.

Can I still use my telephone line while I am connected to the internet via broadband?

Yes. You can still take telephone calls, faxes and even access the internet via a dial-up internet connection from another PC, with your broadband connection.

You will receive a bill from your current telephone operator for telephone calls as per normal.

Is help available for setting up a Supanet account?

Can I sign up to a Supanet package by phone rather than online?

It's very easy to sign up online to Supanet.

However if you should wish to speak to a sales representative, please call 0800 915 8188 (9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday).
