Supanet Email Account Renewal - Reminder
As a valued Supanet customer we hope you continue to enjoy the features of your Supanet webmail account.
We have recently informed you the payment details we hold for this service have now expired. This means we are unable to take payment for the service and are therefore not able to provide access to your email after the anniversary date of 7th December 2009. We therefore request you follow these simple instructions to update your payment details.
How to update your payment details.
Simply phone our Billing team on 0845 120 4473 today, and we will update your payment details.
Payment
Your annual fee is £10. If you contact us by Friday 27th November, we can set up the payment to be debited from your account on or around 07/12/09. If you contact us after this date, an immediate payment will be debited from your account.
*Important*
It is important you update your payment details. Failure to do so means you will no longer be able to access your @supanet.com emails.
