Am I eligible for a Supanet Talk account?
Everyone is eligible for a Supanet Talk account with the exception of:
- Cable, calls and access customers
- Users of certain BT packages such as Featurenet and Embark
- Users of services that conflict with Supatel
Can I change my mind once Ive signed up?
If, for any reason, you change your mind, you can cancel the service at any time.
For cancellations outside the 10-day cooling-off period, we require 30 days notice.
What is the minimum contract period?
There is typically a minimum contract period for subscription products, normally of 12 months duration.
This is made clear in the product package details.
Do I need to use a three-digit access code?
No. Your phone will operate as normal.
There is no need to insert a three-digit code before making calls.
What is the cost of making a call to a mobile or international phone?
Details of all call charges can be found in our Tariffs section.
What are the tariffs for special rate numbers?
Numbers such as 0845 local rate, 0870 national rate and 0906 premium rate are charged at the same rate as BT.
Can Supanet Talk be used from the
Channel Islands or Isle of Man?
No, our service does not work from these regions.
Im registered for the BT Light User line rental discount plan. Can I use Supanet Talk?
No. You must be on a full-price line rental plan, such as BT Together.
Can I use a mobile phone to access the service?
No. Supanet Talk is only available on fixed-line telephones.
