Signing up to Supanet Talk

Who is eligible to sign up to Supanet Talk?

Anyone can sign up to a Supanet Talk package, with the exception of:

• Cable, calls and access customers
• Users of certain BT packages such as Featurenet and Embark
• Users of services that conflict with Supatel

You do not have to be a Supanet customer to sign up to a Supanet Talk package, you just need a valid email address for billing purposes.

Lines are open 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Calls to this number are free.

Registration security

Online registration is secure. We use the industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to keep the registration data secure during transmission to us.

This encrypts the data into a code that other people cannot read. Your card details are stored securely in line with current banking industry guidelines.
