Kylie Minogue performed for the first time in over a year on Saturday night (10.06.06) - with her sister Dannii.
The 'Spinning Around' singer - who took a career break after being diagnosed with breast cancer - made her return at London's Astoria nightclub.
The petite singer was called on stage by her sibling, who was there to promote her upcoming album at the club's famous G.A.Y night.
Before Kylie walked out on stage, Dannii told the crowd: "Hang on a minute, I've got a little surprise."
The 38-year-old star then emerged and paid tribute to Dannii - before performing a chorus of her sister's single 'Jump To The Beat'.
Kylie said: "I just want to congratulate my beautiful little sister and wish her all the best with the album. I am so happy for her."
Onlookers described the surprise performance as "amazing".
One said: "I don't think Dannii expected Kylie to sing one of her songs.
"But the pair of them ended up singing a chorus without any backing music. They sounded brilliant."
