You set your alarm half an hour early to give you time to exfoliate your skin in the shower and to give the deep conditioner time to work on your hair. Make up takes half an hour in itself - you've selected your clothes the night before.

A quick revitalising shower and hair wash, protective moisturiser and light make make-up, and you're on your way.
