How to... boost your assets
There are very few women out there who are entirely happy with their body, and breasts are a regular complaint.
We find fault in their size, firmness, uniformity and location. Whether we'd like them bigger or smaller or higher or rounder, it's easy to find flaws.
Although the breast implant business may be booming, it's not for everyone.
Surgery can have serious health consequences: an adverse reaction to anaesthesia, ruptured implants, infection, even silicone leakage.
Further more you may not even like the results, but there are many ways to amp up your assets without going under the knife.
Some treatments claim to increase size, while others promise a firmer, more youthful appearance.
- Botox boob job
Called the miracle cure for wrinkles, Botox, can now also improve your cleavage.
The treatment can be done on breasts of every size and lasts three to four months. However this doesn't come cheap, costing around 1,000 for both breasts. But there are no scars, virtually no pain and no recovery time.
However it is not something to go into lightly - research shows Botox has been known to migrate to other parts of the body and has even been found in brain tissue.

How old do you really look?
Said to be the biggest breakthrough since Botox, carboxy therapy can eradicate wrinkles and stretch marks and take years off your skin.
It has recently been made available in Britain by Parisian doctor Jules-Jacques Nabet, who told the Daily Mail: "Nothing else works like it for loose skin and stretch marks. It means there is no need for surgery in many cases. The effects are revolutionary."
Carbon dioxide is injected just under the surface of the skin using a fine needle. Enthusiasts say the extra oxygen between cells stimulates the production of collagen.
The result, say practitioners, is fewer fat cells and firmer, younger-looking skin. The results on stretch marks and scars are permanent, but doctors suggest that to maintain reduced cellulite levels, you should have boosters every six months.
Patients noted an improvement in the appearance of their cleavage. Fine lines vanished and skin looked smooth and youthful.
- Electric acupuncture
Celebrities are now trying to improve their bust lines with regular sessions of electrical acupuncture at the Breathe salon in Los Angeles.
For 16, half-hour treatments, needles are inserted into your breasts to transfer pulsations from an electrical current.
Practitioners claim you can increase breasts up to one cup size. The technique causes no scars and can last anything from six months to forever.
- Fat injections
Aautologous Fat Transfer (ATF) is a kind of reverse-liposuction, adding fat to the breast.
With very small liposuction instruments, fat is harvested from either the abdomen or buttocks. The fat is then cleaned so blood and other impurities are removed.

On average it costs 1,500 to 2,500 per treatment.
However it can lead to fat necrosis, or the formation of dead tissue around the injected area, which may cause lumps that could be read as cancerous on mammogram results.
- Accent radiofrequency
Originally designed to combat cellulite, this body remodelling treatment is claimed by some practitioners to be ideal on the breast area.
Accent radiofrequency therapy is able to change the shape of fat cells and shrink and remodel connective tissue.
The treatment is said to erase wrinkles and turn back the clock on an ageing cleavage, giving your the skin you had decades before.
It creates a superficial heating of the skin's surface which causes instant tightening. our bust line will look smoother, more toned and yes, younger.
Side-effects include slight discomfort and swelling and redness which disappears in a few hours.
The full effect will not usually be seen for two to three months, but 70% of patients in trials reported an immediate and visible improvement.
- Breast enhancement pills
These pills usually offer a combination of several herbal ingredients. Most often, the formula includes fenugreek, saw palmetto, Mexican wild yam, fennel, Dong Quai, damiana, and blessed thistle.
The herbal components are supposed to create a reaction similar to that which occurs during puberty, when women's breast tissue starts to grow.

- The 'cleavage facial'
Here in the UK they are becoming more and more popular. ARK Health and Beauty offers an increasingly popular "cleavage facial".
The Rose Treatment is for the entire body, but centred around the cleavage area.
Founder and director Shula Starkey said: "This area is one that women tend to neglect until it's too late. I wanted something to help me in this area, so I created this. This is what I use for myself."
The rose oil-based treatment smoothes wrinkles, heals rough, damaged skin and includes a gentle exfoliation. A soothing massage also improves lymphatic drainage around the area, leaving your cleavage looking delectable. Our tester loved hers and saw a difference immediately.
