Get a body like Rihanna

Want to look as good as Bajan superstar Rihanna? Well, who doesn't. But now we can all give it a go, as her personal trainer reveals her work-out routines.
So how does Rhi-Rhi keep in such good shape? The Revolution's Harley Pasternak has revealed all:
Time
Rihanna usually works out "at least three times a week" for around 25 minutes
Doing what?
He continues saying that she does - brace yourself - cycling, skipping, stationary jogging and jumping jacks as part of her regular cardio routines

Diet
The You Da One singer also has to watch what she eats like the rest of us, eating a lot of protein, bean-based foods and tries to eat five smaller meals a day
She's not perfect
Harley admits that even Rhi-Rhi slips up sometimes, giving in to salty snacks
I don't have time!
If Rihanna can find time, so can you. According to her trainer, almost all of her exercises can be done in her hotel room or backstage before a show, letting her squeeze exercise into her hectic schedule
It's not all exercise though. Harley, who created the 5 Factor programme, did say that Rihanna's genes are partly responsible for her amazing figure, telling People.com:
"She's got such a beautiful body naturally. With someone like her, it's about the fine tuning."
