Easy bum exercise - one-legged buttock squeeze:
Lie on your back, tighten your abdominals and tilt your pelvis. Keeping your hands at your sides, bring your right foot over your left knee and place it on your left thigh. Tighten both your buttock muscles, without overarching your back lift your hips off the floor keeping them steady. Squeeze your left buttock for two counts and release for two counts. Repeat with the other leg keeping your abdominals tight throughout.
