Wine glass figure like Charlotte Church
British women are drinking so much they are developing a new type of figure - the wineglass. The body shape is characterised by a larger upper body and thinner lower half.
Experts believe that health-conscious women are exercising more but failing to cut down on alcohol, which is high in calories and results in weight accumulating as fat around the middle.
Do: Wear waist belts to emphasise you waistline. Go for Plunging v-necks, long necklaces and boot cut trousers - all of which will elongate your body.
Don't: Wear clingy sleeved cardigans (go for lose mid-arm length), avoid skinny jeans and buttoning up coats/jackets to the neck - you will look shapeless.
