Catherine Zeta-Jones - beer
Glamorous mum-of-two Catherine Zeta-Jones avoids troubled tresses by getting a pint in, conditioning her hair with a mix of honey and beer.
The wonder treatment is not without its downside though. "I smell like the bottom of a beer barrel for days afterwards but it's very good for the hair," Zeta-Jones confessed.
The star's other favourite regimes from the kitchen include eating strawberries or apples after a meal to keep her teeth glossy and cleansed, and using a salt and honey mix on her skin to ward off the wrinkles. "I rub a mixture of honey and salt all over my body to moisturise and exfoliate," she said. "You wash it off and your skin is gorgeous."
