Celebrity dumping
Worried about how to dump that boring boyfriend or ghastly girlfriend? Why bother - get a celebrity top do the dirty work for you!
More than a dozen stars such as Vinnie Jones, Cat Deeley and Boy George have recorded video clips that can be downloaded and sent to a partner's mobile telling them it's all over.
Most of the clips are brutal, so the message gets across.
A message from Vernon Kay says: "You're on the road to nowhere, you're a loser, you're a minger. Au revoir!"
Ex-footballer Vinnie Jones snarls: "I don't really know how to say this, but I will.
"You're dumped, all right? Out! Shepherd's hook! Ta-ra! Don't even try and ring, go round there, send letters, flowers, chocolates...nothing!"
Other celebrities featured include Tara Palmer-Tomkinson, Mr T, Bez from the Happy Mondays and EastEnders star Steve McFadden.
The £4.50 recordings, which can also be emailed, are available from www.celebritymessages.com.
The stars stand in front of a wall emblazoned with the slogan "You're Dumped" as they give the bad news.
But marriage guidance experts Relate blasted the idea.
The organisation's Christine Northam said: "It's a crude, tactless and cowardly way to let someone know your relationship is over.
"What sort of person pays to use this service to break up with their partner?"
Gina Dawson of Celebrity Messages insisted: "They are intended to be used in a fun and novel way."
