How can I finish it?

I've been with my boyfriend for just over a year.

I've been told to do it face to face but I know if I try that, I'll just melt and will not be able to say it. Help!

These things are never easy, but the more you hide away, the worse itll be.

Telling someone directly will hurt, but thats life. Sending a text or email will be worse as hell never accept it until hes been told face to face. It just drags it all out.

Maybe build up to it - drop hints that things arent going too well. He might then be prepared for the big one.

Sadly theres no easy way to do it. Almost everyone will be on the receiving end at some point. Its never pleasant, but life goes on. Good luck!
