Where is the money going?

My husband is spending 200-600 per month but I dont know what on.

He doesnt earn a great deal so this is a large sum to be disappearing each month.

I suspect some kind of interaction with other females but he denies this. He claims he is faithful, but we have had very little sex in our three-year marriage as he says hes always too tired. He does work hard but should I be buying this?

Any ideas on what could have happened to this amount of money every month?

Just because hes too tired for sex doesnt mean he is seeing other women - the worry of his financial situation could be affecting his libido.

Whats happening to the money? Well, consider the possibilities:

1. He could be being blackmailed.
2. He could be going to the dogs, literally, and keeping some bookmaker and his extended family in the style to which they have become accustomed.
3. He could have got into debt with some loan sharks and be paying back the interest on the fiver he borrowed from them three years ago.
4. He could be doing drugs.
5. He could be a bigamist.
6. He could be into prostitutes.
7. He may have a lover with expensive tastes.
8. The Child Support Agency may have come calling about the 12 year-old son that resulted from that one night stand he had before he met you.

And those are just a few of the possibilities.

What you have to do is persuade him to be honest about the situation. Insist he hands over all his salary to you and you will give him a monthly allowance.

Only when he has opened up about the issue can you tackle it together and hopefully resolve the situation.
