The SS 2012 shows were some of the most glaringly bright and fun we’ve seen for a few years, and for that we thank the designers.

The seventies are back and with them comes long dresses. Maxi dresses are still very much a must (hurrah!), preferably with a thigh-slit skirt for total authenticity, and colours that are so bold you’d almost expect them to go out without you.
