The rise of the killer heels

There's a must-have fashion statement for any female celebrity worth their salt, especially for that parade down the red carpet - a pair of killer heels.
The skyscraper shoes have been seen on the feet of our favourite stars for years and seem to only be getting taller, begging the question, are we destined for blisters, tumbles and bad backs?
This lovely morning TV presenter wore a pair of daring heels on the 'This Morning' chair. Co-host Phillip Schofield seemed scared by the devilish spiky stud-covered stilettos, joking that she could "do someone in" with those.
In the past the loveable presenter has revealed she likes to keep her heels on to spice things up in the bedroom. It's doubtful this pair would make a welcome addition.
