1. Goji berries
These fab fruits are quite pricey at £3.99 for 125g, but they're the latest big thing if you want your evening to go with a bang. The small red berries taste like the love child of a cherry and a cranberry and are said to boost energy levels and boost your sex drive. They used to be exclusively stocked in the fridges of the rich and famous, but you can now get some at your local Tesco. The wonderberries are also known as cellulite assassinators because they're packed with skin-boosting anti-oxidants.
2. Acai berries
This trendy superfood comes from Brazil. Rio de Janeiro's surfer boys and beach babes share with the Beckhams a passion for the purple berry, which is meant to boost your libido. It's drunk as a juice or in a smoothie. The palms on which the acai (pronounced "ah-sigh-ee") berry grows in the Amazon are known by the locals as the tree of life.
3. Oysters
