A fine summer followed by dry, cool nights in September are deemed as a wine maker's perfect weather conditions, and that's exactly why industry professionals are predicting that the 2009 clarets will surpass the legendary vintage of 2005.

Wine taster and tester Jean-Christophe Esteve states that "vintages of this kind come along only seven or eight times a century". Indeed, France hasn't anticipated a Bordeaux this fine for 60 years - cheers!
