Are you an internet addict?

In the fight for online safety, Facebook has launched a new app for its young users. When they log in, children aged 13-18 will be prompted to add the button which has been launched in cooperation with Child Exploitation and Online Protection (CEOP) Centre.
While Facebook doesn't wish to call this a "panic button", when pressed it will take users through to a dedicated advice centre where they can report suspected grooming or inappropriate sexual behaviour.
With this in mind it's time to take a look at our own online usage. Do you use or abuse the internet? Find out how tangled up you are in the world wide web.
